Jon’s communication and analytical skills enhance his work with clients as he develops strategies uniquely tailored to each client’s objectives. He began his financial services career in 1996 and has built a business model that delivers comprehensive financial plans that are tailored to his clients’ unique situation and goals. Jon guides his clients to understand the outcome of their current path while identifying any deficiencies, thus empowering their own decision making capabilities by providing insight into their personal position.
He takes a comprehensive approach to planning, reviewing numerous facets of each client’s situation including cash flow, advanced market strategies, tax efficiencies, retirement planning, education expense, and estate planning. Jon also works with his clien ts on wealth preservation and estate con servation solutions to help minimize taxes and move money to the next generation to ensure a lasting legacy.
Jon’s experience is also accompanied with his commitment to learning and education. He has a Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS), is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®), and holds numerous other industry designations including; Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®),Certified Life Underwriter ( CLU®), Chartered Advisor for Senior Living (CASL®), Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC®), and Certified Family Business Specialist (CFBS®). He also holds his Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities registrations.
He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Lower Fairfield County, FPA, Financial Planning Association, and the National Association of Estate Planners and Council. Jon has served on the Board of Directors on Easter Seals Costal Fairfield County, as well as the Renaissance/RD Scinto.
Jon has raised two children and currently resides in Shelton, Connecticut with his wife, Suzie. Outside of his work, he volunteers his time with Hospice, working with terminally ill patients.
